Drop Off & Pick Up Procedures
Drop off is by appointment only, sign up for appointment here. You may drop off for a friend, just be sure to sign up for 2 drop off slots so we can be sure we can accommodate you.
Also - if you have more than 150 items please sign up for 2 slots.
To make drop off go smoothly please make sure you follow the Prepping & Tagging Guidelines. Items will need to be correct before they can be displayed or hung on the floor.
Organize clothes by gender and size prior to drop off.
At sale location pull up to door labeled BINGO HALL. A volunteer will help you unload your car. Move your car to a parking space so we can free up the space by the door for the next drop off appointment.
Enter building and check in while your items are being checked for quality assurance. Items will be checked to make sure they are free of stains, holes, missing parts and have working batteries. Any items containing these defects will be sent home.
You will verify your mailing and email address. You will also pick up your early shopper pass.
After you have checked in and your items have gone through quality assurance a volunteer will assist you hanging and displaying your items on the floor.
If you have chosen for your items to be donated at the end of sale, you do not have to worry about pick up!
For the rest of you:
You must pick up your items promptly on Sunday. Any items left at 2:01pm will be donated.
Items will be sorted by consignor number.
Check out the items in the lost tag area to see if any belong to you.
Be sure to have your ID. If you are having someone else pick up your items they must have the alternate pick up form. No form, No pick up.
