1. Your name and/or consignor number
2. The school you are registering with
3. Percent of your sales you would like to go to your school (from 0-70%). We give your 10.00 consignor registration fee back to your school and match another 5% of your sales.
(please note there is a 25 item inventory minimum for all consignors)
